After a joyous romp in Dynamis – Buburimu for The Day of the Warrior™, team Abunai opted to go clobber a couple of Jailers of Hope.  (No, it was not strictly to reduce the burden on Frutiebutie’s inventory!)  Two fights later, Penello walked away with her very own Hope Torque!  A couple of other lucky folks walked away with one less inventory space due to that bloody staff!.  Congratulations!

Sunday, February 21st, 2010 shall henceforth be known as The Day of the Warrior™.  2 Warrior’s Mufflers, 1 Warrior’s Muffler’s -1, and a Warrior’s Stone later… we decided that the day deserved its own title!  Congratulations to Dyanne (the birthday girl!) on that Warrior’s Stone and Tearxx on his Melee Cape!

Well Omega knows better than Genbu to mess Abunai around it seems… and a good thing too!  After two disappointing hands runs with the fat turtle, Omega gave us the goods!  Congratulations to Matsuo on his Homam Manopolas and Sathington on his Homam Gambieras!  A shout out to Jackdaniel, as well, for passing those Gambieras to Sath when he didn’t have to… kudos!

Who knew that Genbu had a sense of humor?!  Ok, I suppose we all did… but it’s not a crime to think that he may have reformed, right?!

Alas, after grabbing a couple of Ro’Maeve Waters and finishing a couple of Genbu popsets, we though we might get a pair of Aquarian Hands or two for our newly 75 BLMs.  NOT!!!  All Tearxx walked away with was an intriguingly phallic looking Kabuto.  Hmmm…

Well well well… two Ix’MNKs in as many days.  We occasionally like to go clobber random things in sea for kicks, and occasionally they surprise us by giving up something nice!  Congratulations to Penello on her long awaited Merciful Cape for her RDM and SCH.  And congratulations to Tearxx for being allowed to come something other than BRD!

Props to all the folks that came out to Xarcabard today on Valentine’s Day.  No, the droprate wasn’t exceptional, but we MPK’d like professionals!  At least Cathain made her money back in currency, since none of the Kindred saw fit to give up a Duelist’s Chapeau.  Until next time!

One of the smoothest low-man Dyna runs took to Windy today, resulting in a crapton of ToAU AF, as well as the win for one of our newest members!  Yippee!

Ok, enough “pretending” to be excited.   Of all the Dyna zones, Windy is perhaps the most irritating.   Death house aside, those Yags and crows are as fun as watching paint dry.   And we didn’t get the one piece of AF we came for.   Oh well, at least Dyanne got a ton of currency, including her share of two 100s!   Can’t complain there, now can we?

With all of SE’s STF wahoo about going after boters (and nothing seemingly done about it), you can imagine how skeptical players can be towards changing the status quo.   After all, we all know that the only way to really succeed at HNM is to bot, right?   Right!

But SE proved us wrong today, as we now believe they are doing something about it!   They have now programmed mob AI to squash any players that are “suspect”.    That’s why Sarameya went after Titan’s biggest Boter, squashing him under his paw like a soda can!   But Boter got the last laugh, as he wound up taking home today’s best prize, an Oracle’s Robe all his own!

A Foolkiller and a lolPachipachi were other consolation prizes off the two Saras we did.   Unfortunately, no one seemed to want either of them.   So if you want your very own Sara weapons, go visit Port Jeuno for some low low prices…better than WalMart!
